How does the Corporate Wellbeing Programme work?

Planning

We take holistic approach to understand current health conditions of individual, we do assessments in terms of physical, medical, mental and life style. This is our starting point for individuals

Assessment

The process starts with a meeting to discuss your needs, and how we can best tailor the service to achieve wellbeing across your company. Once enrolled, you’ll be given a dedicated programme manager, who will help you to let your employees know what’s on offer from Medintu.

Support

Each employee has a personal wellbeing counsellor who builds a programme of support for them, depending on their needs. Your employees will receive ongoing guidance and help, no matter what they need support for. Where appropriate, they will be able to book virtual consultations with specialists through the app. Their needs are constantly re-assessed by their counsellor.

Each quarter, your programme manager will feed back to you with ideas and opportunities that could improve your corporate culture, or to address issues that are causing health concerns across your team. (We also provide a digital dashboard so that you can monitor the health of your organisation at any time.)

What kind of support does Medintu provide employees?

Digital wellbeing profile

We build a personal digital profile for each member of your team, which only they and the healthcare providers working with them can access. It takes into account a range of factors that contribute to wellbeing such as medical issues, mental health, lifestyle, diet and exercise, mindfulness, sleep management and financial wellbeing.

One-to-one digital consultations

Your team will be able to access a wide range of specialist one-to-one advice through the Medintu app. They will receive a number of free expert consultations every year as part of the Corporate Wellbeing Programme, and can to arrange additional specialists support privately through the app.

Webinars and events

As part of the Medintu platform, we put on specialist events - both online and at workplaces throughout the country. These are entirely free for your employees to attend and benefit from - meaning they can stay up to-date with the latest research and information.

Personal wellbeing journey

Based on our health assessments, tests and consultation with your employees, we build a complete picture of their health and draw up a personalised wellbeing journey for them.

Signing up to Medintu also puts you in touch with an extensive library of resources, how-to articles and other information that is accessible through the Medintu app or online at our website.
